The Bowen Island Public Library is holding a series of events, each Saturday in April, that are of interest to Conservancy members and supporters.
Each event will be a mix of movies, stories, research, and discussion, centred on Bowen/Nexwlélexm, and will begin at 7:00 pm.
The events are:
Bowen from Below: Exploring Howe Sound’s underwater realm
Adam Taylor will speak at Collins Hall on April 6th.
WRECK-CONciliation: Now what?
Michael Nicoll Yahlgulanaas will speak at the Library Annex on April 13th.
The Great Howe Sound Recovery
Bob Turner will speak at Collins Hall on April 20th.
I find my identity in the sea around us
Fiona Beaty will speak at the Library Annex on April 27th.
