Open House and invitation to comment: Proposed Woodfibre LNG project

Woodfibre LNG Limited is proposing the development and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) production facility and floating LNG storage at the former Woodfibre Pulp and Paper Mill site near Squamish.

The company has submitted an application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate to the BC Government. In order to provide information to the public about the application, and to receive comments from the public, the Environmental Assessment Office of British Columbia held an Open House on Bowen Island, on Friday 30 January.
