At times we are involved in animal releases and rehabilitation efforts, such as the baby seal release in 2008. Watch for postings about future releases.

Field Trips (Guided/Unguided)

Field trips we arrange may include wildflower walks, intertidal/natural history explorations, and tip-toe bog walks with interpreters.

Work Parties/Trail Building/Rehabilitation Work

Here’s where the real work is done. Making selected wild areas accessible enough so that people can experience them and learn about unique Bowen eco-systems is a hands-on task often involving tools and perspiration!. Periodic maintenance is a must. We welcome volunteers for any and all of these projects! We will post information related to work parties as they arise.
